Trouble Installing Delphi 5 Ent on Win2K

I have just installed Delphi 5 Enterprise on a Win2000 machine and when I
try to run Delphi I receive the following error...

Access violation at address xxx in module CorIde50.bpl

I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
