This is the func in my utils file

//==========================================================================

procedure DoSql( const sSql : string ; TheSql : TQuery ; bSelect : Boolean )
;overload ;
begin
 Screen.Cursor := crSQLwait ;
        TRY
         TRY
       WITH TheSql DO
              BEGIN
               IF Active then
                  Close ;
          SQL.Clear;
                 RequestLive := True ;
          SQL.add( sSql );
          Prepare ;
                 IF bSelect Then
                  Open
                 ELSE
           ExecSQL ;
       end;
           Except
            ON E : EDataBaseError DO BEGIN
               ADstableError( E, 9979, sSql );
                 Raise ;
              END;
           End;

Rebuild the table with the table repair utility at www.rksolution.cz
then see if you still have the problem.
