components in non visual DLL?

Hello.

How can I use non-visual components in DLL which will have no form?
For example, I want to put ZIP component on DLL, which doesn't have to
have form, just to do the procedure using ZIP component?

I know this is database newsgroup and DLL is to be used in DB even if it
is not standard DB question, can anyone help?
