Delphi - Mixed Language DLLs

could someone please send some info (or an example) of using
Borland C++ DLLs with Delphi (and Delphi DLLs with Borland C++) or how to
create Delphi DCLs using Borland C++? Any help will be much appreciated.
I currently get "undefined dynalink" errors. I have also tried MS Fortran DLLs
with Borland C++, also without success. What am I doing wrong??
