Crystal Report 6 Group Problem

I have use crystal report 6 and group by product code,
but for product A it appear more than one time, other product  only appear
one time.
What is the problem?

More likely than not, something is wrong with the product code data.  Try
creating a formula, like:

@CleanProductCode
StringVar sProductCode := '';
If IsNull({MyTable.ProductCode})
  Then sProductCode := 'NullValue'
  Else sProductCode := UpperCase(Trim({MyTable.ProductCode}));
sProductCode;

Change the group to group on the formula @CleanProductCode.  If the extra
groups disappear, it means that the product codes in the database have leading
or trailing spaces, or have case differences.

For what it's worth, Crystal 7, 8, and 8.5 are all tremendously better than 6.

It look like not the solution as all transaction with value only come out
and
I Execute the SQL (Crystal Report) Statement in SQL Explorer all transaction
come out in order by product.
