Playing and editing sound for all sb-compatible cards

I got a lot of response on my earlier post, so I'll repost my message
for those who haven't read the first :

If you want some example-code on how to play and edit sampled sound in
TP7, mail me and I'll send it to you.
We've also coded a great sample-editor for DOS a few years ago. It's
about 266Kb packed. If you're interested, mail me and I'll send you a
copy.
