ISAPI - creating a page and a Tcanvas graphic (JPEG) with it

Can someone please post a simple example showing how to send a graphic
(created on-the-fly on a Tcanvas) as part of a simple HTML page?

I've programmed a fairly large ISAPI site, and some of my users want to see
graphs of the constantly-changing data.

I'm using D4 C/S.
