file selection routine?

Using TP 5 (i.e., not Turbo Vision), when the user is asked to supply a
filename to be loaded, I would like to provide an 'open file' dialog box,
allowing him/her to change directories and scroll through the list of names.
Is such a routine available as shareware or otherwise?

Look for the Technojocks Turbo Toolkit on garbo.uwasa.fi
