Why does BP7.01 load BGILINK?

For some reason after tinkering with the settings on my BP7.01, my
BP7.01
now automatically loads bgilink.pas on the screen when I get into BP.

It puts up NONAME00.pas (as always) as screen 1 and puts bgilink.pas
over
it on screen 2. How do I get it so that it doesn't automatically load up
a file upon starting the program? Thanks.

You saved your desktop configuration at some point while you had that
file open for editing.  One solution is to just delete the TURBO.DSK
(desktop) file from your \BP\BIN directory to start from scratch (this
won't affect any of your other settings).  If you're using BP.EXE, the
desktop file is BP.DSK, I believe.

Once you delete that file, a default .DSK file will be created, which
opens NONAME00.PAS when it starts.  Simply close that window, then
resave the desktop ("Options|Save" should do it).  Also, make sure you
don't have the options selected to automatically save the desktop.  If
you have it right, every time you start (with no filename), the editor
will begin with an empty desktop.
