Any text editor will work; heck, Windows comes with its
{*word*99}py Notepad in 3.x and 95. There are also clones
of most of the good UNIX editors; there's even a vi
port for Windows. (People that understand that reference
are shuddering in fear.)
If you want something fancy, your best bet is to chuck it
and buy Borland Delphi or TPW, which have nicely integrated
IDEs.
