The GB Character Set for BDE

Dear Sir,
I am using Delphi 2.0 on a Win95 SimpChinese version.
Borland provided a Orient Language BDE driver,the SimpChinese
BDE driver seemed in that kit.
While, it does not work. I can't make the BDE works on. It always
gave me a error message about the invalid language setting.

If you have the experience about use this driver, please help me.
