cannot create socket

cannot create socket

Why while trying to do an
TIdICMPClient.PING do I get cannot create socket

I can do a ping from DOS, and all other network activity

This is what I have

ICMP.Host := Edit1.Text;
ICMP.Ping;
Host works and is set, but ping generates and error?
