HELP NEEDED WITH DECIMALS IN ORACLE 7.3 AND DELPHI 2.0 C/S

I have an Oracle 7.3 table with floating point numbers and I only see
the integer part of
the number in Delphi.
How can I see then whole number?
How can I select then number of decimals I want to see?
