Hello
I have a Delphi 6 app with a bitmap, where I wish to place a number of
movable lines, line objects that can be moved about and be 'on top' like
other controls and not touch the bitmap itself. Visual Basic 6 has such a
Line object, which is like other controls, but display as a line that can be
moved about, etc.
Does Delphi 6 have such an object, where do I find it, and if not, where can
I get a free component that can be placed in a commercial app for free?
