Free Pascal Compiler (www.freepascal.org) comes with full Pascal source.
But it not a "simple" Pascal compiler - I think it is better than
Borland Pascal!

See www.pascaland.org for an overview of Pascal compilers.

FPC is in Pascal, but 7 MB source isn't simple.

Also there is the tutorial let's build a compiler, that treats how to build
a simple 68000 processor compiler in TP in 10 lessons.

For the PDF version see www.stack.nl/~marcov/compiler.pdf

Do you mean "Let's Build a Compiler", by Jack Crenshaw? It's at
http://compilers.iecc.com/crenshaw/

If that wasn't clear enough, the PDF link in my earlier msg is exactly the same
tutorial, just with some typesetting with TeX.

Sorry Marco, I didn't realise it was the same, because I had forgotten that
he was emitting 68k code. But IIRC the code examples were in TP on a PC.

I wasn't shouting at you, I just was correcting my dumb mistake not mentioning
the title :_)
