2d transformations in pascal

hi guyz.
1> i'm trying to use the scale transformation on a vector (100,100,1).
The matrix is (Sx,0,0
                      0,Sy,0
                      0,0,1),
when i multiply it, i get extremely high numbers. any ideas?

2> anyone knows the normalization formulas in 2d?

thanks in advance.

What are your Sx and Sy? How are you multiplying them? What do you mean by
