As Borland sales are nowhere to be found on these groups, you should probably contact them directly.

Borland doesn't sell Delphi 6 anymore
Reselers in many cases doesn't have it also now
But some people sometimes have boxes which they don't use for sale.

currently Borland Germany "infocen...@borland.com" is offering
remaining older versions of Borland products at low prices.
D6 Pro upgrade 199 EUR
D6 Ent upgrade 599 EUR

Most likely other national Borland offices have similar offers.
