Table A MINUS Table B, How?

There is a simple SQL operation that I cannot implement properly.

S = A minus B
Where S, A and B are paradox tables having the fields ID and Name.
ID is the primary key of A.
B cannot be indexed, since it is necessary to keep a certain
sequency that can not be indexed by ID or Name.

How can I process it by not using additional temp table?
Please help me if you have any suggestion.
