Starting Linux IB 6.01 at boot up

I've changed from SuSE 7.1 to Mandrake 8.1.
Jeff Overcash (TeamB)  helpful replied in April 01 with:-

Mandrake doesn't appear to have a   boot.local file.

Found my own answer: add  /opt/interbase/bin/ibguard & to /etc/rc.d/rc.local
