Can anyone suggest one of two things:

  A)  A good website with a tutorial for Delphi DirectX programming...
  B)  A good book for Delphi and DirectX ...  --  One specifically written for
DirectX 6....

  I bought the SDK, but it's of course written mostly for C, and my C is
INCREDIBLY rusty....  (gives rusty a whole new level of existance...)      :)
