IBX problem - IBConnectionBroker

Hello all
it appears...at least to me...that there is an error with the
IBConnectionBroker.
if the above component is created dynamically (rather than design
time), then the conn pool variable (it is a dynamic array) is not set
(i.e. setlength..)
this seems the case to me - has anyone else spotted it
