Extracting explorer toolbar icons

How can i extract the standard explorer icons for things such as list view,
details view, show desktop, copy, paste etc. and all the others in the
Windows Explorer interface.
I'd prefer to extract the existing ones rather than taking screenshots and
cropping out the buttons because if thet are changed by a desktop update, my
buttons will also change.

TBitmap.LoadFromResource... should work.
