Write Again... Again on the question of changing a structure Paradox -files
at Runtime period. As follows needed to change Table Language.  Function
DbiRestructure does not help, did not find and the others... Possible add,
delete the fields, with indexes to work, but not with language. TBatchMove
Component with characteristic transliterate=true has cause heap of problems
with unique of indexes (its no in Paradox old table- the table- source).
