The Arrow Keys In The Editor Window

I have a quick question about the Delphi 4 User Interface. In the code
editor window, what are those two arrow keys in the top right-hand
corner? They're mostly disabled, and when they are enabled, they point
to (apparently) random sections of the source code. So can anyone tell
me 1. what they're used for, and 2. How to use them?

Thanks
Chris Fairall.

2).  Ctrl+Click on an identifier in your editor to go to the
declaration of that identifier (in another file, even, if you have the
source).
1).  The arrows allow you to navigate the history of previous locations
in your file you have visited using 2).
