Convert Paradox tables to Interbase?

Is there an easy way to convert existing Paradox tables to Interbase format?

You can do it using

1. TBatchMove
        - batAppend when the database-structure exists in Interbase or
        - baCopy when the database-structure must be created in Interbase

or

2. Database-DeskTop
        - Append from ... or
        - Copy to ...
