Windows XP Pro shall become standard in our department. Therefore I
installed for testing beyond Win2000 Pro Windows XP Pro on my machine, too.
Under XP everything works fine, but trying to start freshly installed D6
Pro I get the following message:

'ProcedureEntryPoint "@System@@RunError$qqruc" was not found in DLL
rtl60.bpl'
(I hope, I translated the german message correctly).

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.

This file is located in Windows\System32, where it should be (under Win
2000 on the same machine D6 works without any problem since I bought D6).

Uninstall Delphi, disable programs that may be running in the background
such as virus protection software and install again.  Apply Update Pack
2 and make sure you get Delphi up and running before installing any
third party components.
