Add new component to Resource DLL in DELPHI 4

Hello,

I have creat a multi-language program use delphi 4 resource dll wizard
and works good.
Now I want to add new component or form, If I run Resource DLL Wizard
again all the foreign language translation will restore to local
language . can anyone tell me how to do? Thanks!!.
