Access Record Count with D3 and BDE 5.01

Hi,

The problem is that every now and then a table in our database does not get
the correct record count. We made sure all our tables are closed, then
opened and set to the first record. Once this error happens, the database
is forever corrupted we have to install a fresh copy of the database. This
is an error we have seen off and on over the past year.

Please help.

What database are you using? Is the database on a local hard drive or a file
server? What kind of network? What operating system on the workstation(s)?
Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it?

We are using an Access 97 database on a local hard drive and the
workstations are running Windows 95. No there are no error messages.
