Report Writers for User Customized Reports

I have seen discussions about the best report writers. I have a
slightly different need. I would like to be able to have the user
have the ability to customize reports. Is that possible? Is one
report writer better than others for that?

Take a look at the Shazaam Report Writer. Demo
on compsrv, go delphi, lib 22. It allows user customized
reports in a Delphi App.
