Delphi 4 CS/ lunching Query Builder - Error in a dll file

After updating Delphi 4 CS with the patch my query builder stopped
working. Every time I try to lunch a query builder I am getting an
error at some query builder dll file and nothing is happening.. is
there any solution for that?
