I have problems launching a MapPoint COM server from within Delphi (see
earlier thread).  When I try to instanciate the MapPoint server I get an
error that says "Server Execution Failed"

I just found it this problem ONLY happens when I run within the Delphi IDE.
Outside it runs fine.  This poses the slight problem of debugging.

Does anyone have a clue why I would have a conflict?  Others have obviously
been doing this without any problems.  I am running Delphi 5 Entreprise
Update 1, Windows 2000 Professional and MapPoint 2002
