listbox to listbox

I am working on a Tvision program.
In one instance I want to get the selected item in a listbox and transfer it
to a list that loads into another listbox.

I get alot out of looking t what others have done and  was wondering
if anyone has an idea of how this could be done or where I
might see something like this.
