How to control the name of an index associated to a primary key constraint

Is there a way to control the name of the index associated to a primary key
?
I need to force IB to generate a named index because i will use this name in
a plan for a query. I cannot use the IB generated name because if i drop and
recreate the pk constraint the IB uses a new name for the associated index
and i need to correct the plan for the query.

TIA

Don't use a primary key, use a unique index instead, which you can name

The only problem with this approach is that you must write triggers to
enshure referential integrity and it is a posibility, remote but there, that
trigger controled referential integrity could be violated.
