Is the following a known problem?

Delphi 1.0, release 08/24/95 08:02 (i.e., 8.02).

Load project (a rather large one) and hit Run.  Delphi crashes with the
message:

  PASDBK16.DLL caused a General Protection Fault at
  0002:21E6.  Shutdown of Delphi is recommended.

The address, 0002:21E6, is always the same.

The problem does not occur if I "Build All" before hitting "Run".

What is this a symptom of?  Has Borland released a patch to fix it?
