How to set color of the Selection rect surounding the selection in TTreeView

I need to know how I can set the color of the selection-rect in a
TTreeView object. The color is basicly set by windows color management
at the Display Properties (Selected Objects - sorry I don't know if
this is the right translation, because I've a German Windows :( ).
