TButtons are drawn by Windows, and receive the color set in the Control
Panel. I don't think they can be changed in code.

... but there are a lot of other button controls out there that can do this.
Look at torry's delphi pages or maybe try some commercial tool like first
class from woll2woll.
Their buttons can even change shapes and have image backgrounds.
