Can any one show me how to create Movable transparent forms or a way to
reshape the normal window shape, e.g. a tab shaped form?

I highly recommend getting the compontent "Cool Form/Cool Button" from the
Delphi Super Page (file is called cool13f.zip). You can create transparent
forms and buttons of any size and shape based on underlying bitmaps.
Usefull for impressive splash screens.
