Connecting to Personal Oracle 7.3 in Delphi 2.0

2 Questions.

1.  I would like to install Personal Oracle 7.3 to be get my feet wet with
Client Server programming.  How do I go about setting this up with Delphi
2.0 Developer?

2.  By the end ot the next month I should have purchased a new computer and
will be setting up a network in my ba{*word*224}t.  One computer will be an NT
server, and the other will be where I do my development.  Can I move
Personal Oracle to the NT server and connect to it from my other machine
running Delphi.  If not what do I need?

Thnaks in advance,
 Scott.

As far as connecting you can use ODBC or the Client/Server Oracle
