Using ActiveX, developed with VB5, in D4

I'm having problems with using a ActiveX control, made in VB5, in
Delphi 4. De control seems to work in VB5 but when i'm using it in D4 it
gives an Acces violation in MSVBVM50.DLL. Does anyone have a clue?
