Problem running de{*word*81}

I recently installed TPW 1.5 on my PC running windows. I am not
much familiar with TPW environment so maybe this is a trivial problem.
Upon running the De{*word*81} from inside TPW, I get this message
 "Can't load C:\TPW\TDWIN.DLL"

What confuses me is that this file does exist in the above mentioned
directory and that the tdw.ini file contains "De{*word*81}DLL=C:\TPW\TDWIN.DLL"
which seems correct.

So, what might be wrong here ? Could it be a problem due to windows 95 ?
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

This is the message you get when running TDW under Win95.  You need to
get the patch at..
