I also have found Delphi Unleashed to be an excellent book.  It is
very comprehensive.  Well worth the price tag!

If you know anybody else who wants a cheap copy, slightly thumbed, let me
know. I'll let it go for AUS$42 including postage, that's under half
price. I got virtually nothing from it.

For me as an experienced pascal and C++ developer the book doesn't go deep
enough. There is an extensive explanation of the Pascal language. I would have
liked a more extensive description of the Delphi features and about solutions to
real world problems like in the documentation of Borland Pascal 7.0.

        I liked the book
Perhaps it didn't go deep ( this point I agree )  -but it was a very good intro to coding in Delphi.

This CD has many examples -I say-
        Just my humble opinion.

        Michael.
