Quick 3.04 and Access 97 Problem from Brazil
The problem you have is acknowledged by Qusoft, who say that there's a
problem running QR/ Access reports out of Delphi's IDE - supposedly the
report should be OK at runtime.
I solved it by going to QRDesign for my report writer (it still needs QR).
Works well.
