Graphic or binary blobs would be the approach you could take.

Now, I must be perfectly honest with you and say that I've stopped doing
that.  :-O  What I do instead is to store the name of a file in which
the image can be found.  The images are stored in a directory set aside
for the purpose, sometimes with computer-generated filenames.  The
database serves as a catalog of all the images, but does not store them.

Memo-files are fine .. until they break.  While ChimneySweep? recently
introduced a bunch of new memo-repair feechurs, they are -still- weak.

Does anyone know how I could add a jpg (or another format) into a
paradox table ?

In fact, I'm unable to modify a graphic blob (?!?)
