RTC Portal is the new set of applications and Delphi components (released in
August 2007) for remote customer support, allowing you to view or control
your customers desktop, show your desktop, upload/download files and chat
with your customers over the Internet, even when they are behind rigorous
Firewalls and HTTP Proxy servers. And this without forcing them to open up
their firewalls, or make any changes in their router. Your customers can
simply run a small exe and you're ready to "take over".
