I sure hope that someone out there can help me regarding this, as it has
brought my project to a grinding halt.

I have 2 Questions :

1. I have a no of objects inside a TScrollBox, and I need to display the
   amout of scroll that has taken place, but I can't find any event for
   detecting when the HScroll or VScroll position has changed.

2. How do I detect when a scroll on a Form has been moved.
   I have 2 windows in a MDI application that must have synchronised
   scrolling. When the scroll bar on Window_1 is changed, Window_2
   must scroll by the same amount and the same direction. But Window_2
   can be scrolled independantly of window_1.

I hope someone can help me this these questions ..
