Hi
When I create an alias using the BDE on my machine it works fine.
I have D5 client server and Office97 installed on an NT Workstation.

When in the BDE Administrator they select the alias and expand it then
select OK (both username or password blank)
The they get "11047 unknown internal operating system error."

The settings are
Type: MSACCESS  
Database Name:  (is the file  which they can open by double clicking on
it in explorer)  They have Access97 but no Delphi.
Open Mode: Read/Write

Under Configuration MSACCESS has DLL32 set to IDDA3532.DLL.
Any help would be appreciated.
