I would like to know elegant/fast ways to "typecast" to/from Paradox "Bytes
"
field types and my own array of... types:

Examples:
Name : array[1..2] of string30   to/from  PDox bytes field : NameArr size 62
bytes
Ledge : array[0..12] of double  to/from  PDox bytes field LedgeArr size 104
bytes

If someone have a few seconds to show and example of such "typecasting"
(both
TO and FROM)  I would be very grateful...
