Drawing on top of an AVI ?

Hi,

I am using a MediaPlayer to show an AVI-file (display = the forms canvas). I
want to draw lines and shapes on top of the video without any flickering. I
have tried to draw lines on a transparent bitmap (on top of the video) but
the AVI keeps drawing over the bitmap (no lines shown). Why is that?
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
