We created a function which converts a file of Word format into format
rtf. The file is in a field BLOB of a SQL Server 6.5 database. We
extract the Word file from the database and let us put it in a
repertory. Then, the Word file is converted into a file rtf. Then, the
contents of the file is displayed in a TrichEdit object.

Sometimes, it happens that an error message informs us that it does not
find the file rtf. However, the file is indeed in the repertory. I have
the impression that the program seeks file rtf before it is not backed
up in the repertory. It seems to have a timing problem.

Does somebody know the response to this problem?
