TListView / TTreeView : How to Exchange Items ?

Hi!

I'd like to exchange values from 2 items of a TListView, so that I can
replace them every in the ListView.
I'd like to do the same with 2 nodes of a TTreeView.

Can someone help me to do it, Please ?
